“Violeta Jurgaitienė, the founder of the AUM Wellness Clinic and a medical doctor, has noticed a growing interest among Lithuanians in the latest longevity methods and in investing in their health. “We only introduced our first longevity programmes at the beginning of this year, but we already have a large customer base. We expected people to start with a narrower package of programmes, but as soon as the programmes were announced, we had a surge of people wanting to buy the full package of longevity pro programmes. This shows that the longevity wave has really reached Lithuania and that people appreciate the investment in their health,” Jurgaitienė said. According to the founder of the clinic, people’s perception of health care is changing. “It is quite common to turn to sports coaches, career counsellors to take care of certain areas of your life. That is why people choose longevity programmes for a higher level and personalised care. Here they get a clear and personalised health protocol in one place, access to the most innovative tests and methods, and a responsible specialist who helps them to monitor their health,” said Ms Jurgaitienė.

Three levels of programmes focused on comprehensive and personalised healthcare

The longevity programmes are designed to the highest medical standards and are based on the latest research from Harvard and Stanford universities. “AUM Wellness Clinic offers three levels of programmes: longevity beginner (basic), longevity enthusiast (standard) and longevity pro (premium). “The beginner’s programme includes the basic steps that everyone who cares about their health should follow. The longevity enthusiast programme offers an even more comprehensive research package with epigenetic testing, gut microbiota testing and Dr. Valter Longo’s longevity diet kit. The Premium Longevity programme is for the advanced user and includes a telomere length check, a comprehensive hormone test and a consultation with Dr Vicente Mera,” said Jurgaitienė. All programmes include not only medical tests and consultations, but also individual recommendations on nutrition, physical activity, stress management and supplementation. The AUM Clinic places great emphasis on innovative laboratory tests, which are carried out in collaboration with foreign laboratories. The cost of the programmes per year ranges between €3,000 and €10,000 and can be tailored to the needs of the client. After purchasing one of the programmes, the client receives a personal health manager, hydrotherapy (sauna, outdoor jacuzzi) visits to the clinic, and can attend AUM Academy classes and seminars with Lithuanian and foreign experts.

Programme members are also advised by foreign experts

The AUM Clinic collaborates with other leading longevity clinics in Europe and is regularly visited by world-class experts in longevity medicine. One of them is Dr. Vicente Mera, who has been working on the topic of longevity for 25 years and is known for his work with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and other healthy ageing techniques. We have drawn on Dr. Vicente Mera’s methodologies to develop our longevity programmes. He advises our patients and helps us to develop personalised healthcare solutions,” said Ms Jurgaitienė. Dr. Vicente Mera is a recognised expert in longevity medicine with extensive experience working with high-profile clients, including global celebrities and famous athletes such as footballer Cristiano Ronaldo. The AUM Clinic is also the official representatives of Dr. Barbara Sturm. “This collaboration marks a great achievement as we are the only ones in the region to have been offered the opportunity to become official partners. The cooperation with Dr. Barbara Sturm gives our clinic’s specialists the opportunity to learn from the best in the world. This is the highest level of service in the global market. Barbara Sturm is probably the world’s best-known German doctor, aesthetic expert and pioneer of anti-inflammatory philosophy. We are proud to be able to offer our clients comprehensive world-class skin care without leaving Lithuania,” says the founder of AUM Clinic. The programme also includes the world-renowned L-Nutra products developed by Dr Valter Longo to support weight loss and detoxification goals. Read more about the programmes here
