AUM Wellness Clinic Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. A gift voucher (hereinafter referred to as the “Voucher”) can be purchased by visiting AUM Wellness Clinic at Z. Sierakausko g. 25, Vilnius, by calling +370 618 11108, by emailing info@aumclinic.lt, or through the online store at aumshop.lt.

2. The Voucher is available in electronic or physical form. The physical Voucher is provided in special packaging.

3. The Voucher can be purchased for a desired monetary amount or for a specific service.

4. The Voucher is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.

5. Payment for Vouchers can be made in cash, by bank card, via bank transfer in advance, or using payment methods available in the online store.

6. The Voucher can be used to purchase services or products provided by AUM Wellness Clinic.

7. Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for other Vouchers or cash.

8. The Voucher can only be used once.

9. If the total cost of the products and/or services is less than the value of the Voucher, no change will be given. If the total cost exceeds the Voucher value, the price difference must be paid.

10. VAT invoices are not issued when purchasing a Voucher. Upon request, a prepayment invoice for the Voucher can be issued. A VAT invoice can only be issued after the service(s) is used and/ or the product(s) is purchased.

11. If the Voucher is not used within its validity period, no refund is issued, and it is considered that the product(s) and/or service(s) have been provided.

12. When using the Voucher to purchase products and/or services, it must be presented to the attending administrative staff in either electronic or physical form.

13. Advance booking is required for all services provided by AUM Wellness Clinic.
