How can I stay in good emotional and physical shape for as long as possible after my holidays?
You've returned from the sunny seaside, where you've been sipping a fruity cocktail and reading a light novel, to an office lit by artificial light, with two screens in front of you. There are a lot of meetings on the agenda and a seemingly endless queue of unread emails... It's a return to work after a holiday, and for many people, it brings on post-holiday shock, or "holiday hangover", call it what you will. This period of return often leads to a drop in productivity, a drop in mood and a drop in motivation.
