We accelerated chasing our career heights whilst juggling all the growing commitments to our families and social responsibilities. We took advantage of smart technologies and proudly announced how effective we are.
It did not take long for reality to knock at the door. We noticed that not only this rat race adversely impacts our emotional and physical health, but it also causes irreversible consequences. Apparently, we had to admit that we had compromised and lost ourselves. To make up for it, we founded AUM Wellness Clinic. In order to pause, to ponder, to take care of ourselves and to heal.
