Exosomes: an innovative technology in skin care!
These extremely small, microscopic particles are found inside cells and play an important role in skin regeneration. Exosomes are biomolecules that carry information from stem cells to other cells.

The exosome procedure is a new advanced technique focused on skin rejuvenation and tightening. As the skin ages, exosomes diminish, fine lines, wrinkles and loss of elasticity occur. This can be restored by returning to the skin through the use of laboratory-synthesised exosomes, which contain a variety of growth factors, including proteins, peptides, lipids, RNA and DNA, that stimulate skin regeneration

The Dr Barbara Sturm Exoso-metic Serum used in this treatment contains a very high concentration of exosomes and growth factors.

Procedure flow:
First, the aesthetician assesses your skin condition, discusses with you your skin problems and the desired results.

The Exosome Procedure consists of 3 main steps:
1) Facial preparation with products developed by Dr. Barbar Sturm: cleansing, exfoliation and facial massage.
2) The MesoPen device performs a microneedling procedure using tiny sterilised needles to microscopically damage small blood vessels, thereby stimulating fibroblasts and collagen-producing cells.
3) Apply face mask (10min), followed by exosome serum.

Not recommended for: This procedure is not suitable for people with pacemakers, pregnant women and those who have recently received botulinum injections (at least 14 days apart).

Skin comfort level during the procedure: Slight discomfort may be experienced during the microneedling procedure, and temporary facial redness may occur after the procedure.
