Tao Yoga classes are taught by a certified Yamuna teacher with 15 years of international experience.
The practice leads to a balance of body, mind and soul. Yoga poses and breathing techniques restore the sacred geometry of the body, relieve physical and emotional tension, tighten muscles, relax connective tissues, and help remove toxins from the body. During practice, special attention is paid to individual body alignment and breathing. The blurring, visualisation practices and integrated knowledge of psychosomatics make each lesson a unique journey into the Self. After the practice, you will feel rested, calmer, full of life and creative energy. * Lessons are held on Wednesdays at 12 noon. You are welcome to register before coming to the practice.
