Marta Lapukaitė

Psychologist

For the psychologist, the most important aspect of counselling is to create a safe, respectful and trusting space in which clients can speak openly about their experiences. She believes that difficulties can become opportunities for greater self-understanding, and that lasting change begins when our relationship with our emotions changes, rather than the emotions themselves.
