Physiotherapist

Jolita Gelūnaitė realizes herself by helping her clients to get to know their bodies better, to restore correct movement, to overcome pain and to achieve better physical well-being. Her experience allows her to combine various techniques - manual therapy (Maitland, Mulligan, Cyrax), Redcord equipment, kinesiological taping, neurokinetic therapy, manual testing, manual spinal therapy, physiotherapy procedures. During the sessions, she helps clients to know their bodies better and to use them more easily and efficiently. Jolita's active lifestyle, sports, yoga, travelling and continuous improvement are part of her daily routine as a physiotherapist, which is also reflected in her work with her clients. Jolita's goal is not only to relieve pain, but also to give people the tools to move with health and confidence.
