Artūras started practising Pilates while studying physiotherapy and was impressed by the variety of exercises and the potential to improve physical well-being. After realising that Pilates helps you to know and control your body, he became a certified instructor. He is a member of the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS) and has a deep interest in Pilates. "Pilates is an integral part of my life.
